Shai currently serves as Co-Chairman & CEO of CheckAlt, where he has led the company through three acquisitions. Mr. Stern’s career has been built by co-founding and chairing companies whose focus is to provide businesses with the solutions needed to scale – from entity formation to stock transfer, SEC filing & print services, background checks, and payment processing. Mr. Stern is also an advisor to and investor in 20+ fintechs.
